Click here for a MAP to the clinic The clinic is situated on the main A6, south out of Leicester (the Market Harborough/Kettering road), 200 yards above the Station on the same side and directly opposite De Montfort Street. BY RAIL Many Patients find that travelling by RAIL is convenient, stress-free, quiet and efficient. It is now often significantly more economical, avoiding fuel costs and parking problems. On leaving London Road Rail Station turn LEFT, up London Road, the Clinic is 200 yds along, on the same side. BY ROAD FROM THE MOTORWAY, Mi OR M69 refer to map (back cover). On exiting the M1/M69 Junction 21 keep hard LEFT and be ready to FILTER LEFT under flyover, following signs OUTER RING ROAD A563. Keeping on the RING ROAD SOUTH AND EAST LEICESTER A563 Carrying straight on you will pass Sainsburys and Pizza Hut on your left. Staying on the OUTER RING ROAD A563 you will then pass Everards Brewery also on your left. Proceed through two more sets of traffic lights staying on the OUTER RING ROAD A563 (Soar Valley Way). Approaching next roundabout, take centre lane and then third exit continuing along the outer ring road signed A563 OADBY AND LEICESTER EAST After 300 yards go over a further small roundabout, continue over two sets of traffic lights maintaining the outer ring road until you finally reach a large roundabout at the bottom of a gentle hill, with Leicester Racecourse on your right. At this roundabout you will join the A6 (Leicester to Market Harborough road) taking the first left, signed CITY CENTRE.

You are now on London Road and the Clinic is
approximately two miles ahead on the RIGHT side. Proceed 1.5 miles until you
reach a roundabout with Victoria Park on your left. Continue straight ahead
and
go through TWO sets of traffic lights -down a slight hill and 100 yards after the third traffic lights (a pedestrian crossing) HYDES HERBAL CLINIC is on your RIGHT and De Montfort Street directly opposite on your left. If Lost -we are 200 yards above Rail Station If you wish to park in East Street N.C.P., proceed past the Clinic and opposite British Rail Station in 200 yards turn left into Waterloo Way then immediately right and right again into East Street. The N.C.P is now on your left. IF TRAVELLING BY BUS; the following stop at the CLINIC in BOTH directions: CITY BUS 22, 27, 28, 29, 33. MIDLAND FOX: 31, 48, 80, 93, 132, 160, 161, X61, X62. For further information please contact CITY BUS LINE: 0116 251 1411 CAR PARKING Parking for one hour is permitted on the London Road except between 4.00 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. when NO parking is allowed. Parts of Prebend Street, College Street and De Montfort Street are also available for one hour parking. It will be appreciated if patients leaving cars under parking restrictions would mention the fact to the receptionist on arrival at the Clinic. The nearest N.C.P multi-storey car park is in East Street, (see above). An open-air car park is located in Conduit Street, which runs alongside the station

The Clinic is conveniently located in the Belper Natural Health Centre, 12 Chapel Street, DE56 4AR,
which is just opposite the Bus Station.
This is on the A6 heading north to Matlock and parking outside the Clinic is not available.
However, there is ample car parking in Belper.
There is inexpensive 'pay and display' surface parking by the railway station. This is a flat 170m walk away.

Coming north on the A6 drive straight on at the 'Morrison' traffic island
continue along Chapel Street, past the clinic and straight through the lights at the bottom of King Street.
The road becomes Bridge Street. Take a right turn into Field Lane, just after a light controlled pedestrian crossing.
The entrance to the large Station Car Park is on the right.
Drive as far into this as possible to be nearest to the town centre and the clinic.
Alternatively, the Coppice surface car park is free, 500m away, off the Market Place at the top of King Street.
To reach it driving North on the A6 turn right at the 'Morrisons' traffic island onto New Road, which becomes Cheapside.
pass through one set of traffic lights and just before a light controlled pedestrian crossing turn right
into the Market Place. The Coppice car park entrance is on your right.
Walk down King Street to Chapel Street, cross and turn left.
Number 12 is some 15m from the crossing.
Please be aware that King Street may be a chalenging hill if you have any difficulty walking distances.
If you need to drop-off infirm patients there is an entrance lane
into the Chapel car park just opposite the Bus Station, and 10m from the clinic,
where you can stop safely off the main A6, on the left when heading north towards Matlock.
The car park itself is marked as private for the Chapel and the Cottage Project.
